I can't say enough about how amazing Erin with Laviticus Jewelers was with this purchase! The chain I purchased was a gift for my dad and I wasn't sure if she would like it. I was in love with it, but it was thicker than I thought it would be. I let Erin know my concerns and asked if I could give the gift and see if my dad liked it; if he didn't, could I return it. Erin responded quickly and was very understanding and said I could. Fortunately, my dad loves the his chain as much as I do! Exceptional customer service is a rarity, but not here, I found it.
