We accept the following forms of payment: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, ApplePay, PayPal, Laviticus gift cards, and Sezzle. 

For added security, your billing address at Laviticus.com must exactly match the address on file at your credit card company. The processing of your order may be delayed or denied if these addresses are different.

All online purchases and order history are saved when you create an account on Laviticus.com. For a purchase that was made at a Laviticus store, please contact the store directly. Should you require further information concerning a specific Laviticus piece, please contact one of our Customer Care specialists by email or phone at 1-844-458-8298.

After an order is placed, there is temporary hold on your credit card account for the total value of the order.

Your credit card will be charged once your order ships.

The authorization that was temporarily on the account now becomes a permanent charge.

The authorization should “drop” from your account within 4-7 business days for US or Canadian credit cards depending on the bank or credit union that issued your card. Laviticus is unable to reinstate a cancelled order.

Insuring your new purchase can be quick and easy and gives you the freedom to wear your jewelry without worry knowing it’s protected.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Eligible returns of products purchased on Laviticus.com may be made by mail or in store. Items must be returned in accordance with the requirements outlined below, within 15 days from the date of delivery to the Laviticus return address listed on the return shipping label or to a Laviticus store in the United States.  All refunds will be made to the purchaser and issued to the original form of payment except cash purchases, which will be refunded by company check. Gift recipients may receive a merchandise credit.

Returned merchandise must meet the below requirements in order to be accepted for a refund:

All items must be in original condition. Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted. All products, when provided, must also be intact and inspected by our master jewelers.  No exceptions will be accepted.

Made to Order, DIY and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Items purchased at a Laviticus store, Laviticus outlet store or other retailer or distributor cannot be returned to Laviticus.com. These items may only be returned to the store of the original purchase.

Please note: Returns must be accompanied by a sales receipt and received unaltered, unworn and in saleable condition. Some exclusions may apply. Used merchandise will not be accepted for refund or exchange unless defective.

For online returns or exchanges, please visit our Returns page to print out a shipping label for items and gifts purchased on Laviticus.com. After you have shipped back your return, please allow 2-3 weeks for its processing. Alternatively, you may bring the item back to a Laviticus store for return or exchange. 

Should you request an exchange or need repair service for an online order, we can accommodate shipping to and from the country where we delivered your order. If you need service from an international location, Customer Care will work with you to find a solution. Shipping charges and applicable duties and taxes will be your responsibility.

Merchandise returned by mail to the warehouse will be processed within approximately 7-10 business days from receipt. You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been completed. Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment. Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover prepaid gift cards will be reimbursed to the original card used. 

Once a Made to Order DIY or personalized item has successfully been submitted, it cannot be cancelled, modified or returned for a refund. These items are final sale.

No, gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

Any original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

SHIPPING & ORDER TRACKING

Your order and shipping confirmation emails will note whether a signature is required at the time of delivery. If a signature is required and you cannot provide one, you may use FedEx Delivery Manager to have your package held for pick up at a FedEx or one of their authorized locations. The link to FedEx Delivery Manager will be included in your shipping confirmation email or you may access it here
